KARACHIST’S FOODS AND SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Pure Batch, uses your name, email, optional business name and message to answer your enquiry and manage follow-ups. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; it does not add you to a marketing list.

Your enquiry is restricted to the authorised dashboard owner and is available for 180 days from submission, including when resolved or marked as spam. Hourly checks delete expired enquiries. Enquiry email alerts are disabled. Replies in the sales mailbox have their own retention arrangements.

Railway hosts our enquiry service and database. Hosting and support may involve processing outside the UK, including in the United States. Railway’s data processing terms (opens in a new tab) include standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum for applicable international transfers. You can contact us for information about these safeguards. Scheduled daily database backups use a six-day retention policy and are used for recovery. Expired copies are removed during each daily backup run. Restored enquiries remain subject to the same deletion schedule.
